These keycheeks are for use when you want a sloped keyboard stack (manuals sloping slightly towards you from manual 2 and up).  Flat/parallel key cheeks can be found here.
 
These key cheeks are meant to fit my sloped manual support frame, which allow each manual to fold back for easy access for wiring and servicing.
